On-Demand Course: Somatically Healing Sexual Trauma (for Therapists)

In this pre-recorded CEU,  therapists will learn how to integrate somatic tools in the treatment of sexual trauma. This approach can offer a safer and more integrated approach to trauma treatment, allowing survivors to reconnect with pleasure, safety, and self-agency in their lives.

I created this course to offer therapists, and other providers some of the knowledge I felt had been missing in our institutional training. Somatics is understudied as a discipline, but we are slowly building greater tools and training spaces that give space to somatic approaches. Somatics also aligns deeply with indigenous practices that have existed for generations. Somatics speaks to the ways our bodies and that of the folks we work with, already have the resources to move through hardship. I hope you enjoy this course.

This course was created for US providers, but is applicable accross contexts. If you are a provider outside the US, you are also able to transfer these points to CPD (South Africa) or other professional point systems.

When you click the “learn more” button you will be redirected to www.kenyacrawford.com where you’ll find the course description, tickets, and an awesome freebie for your work!

Deep gratitude to you for supporting my work <3

(This is a pre-recorded course with individual lessons involving quizzes and a final course evaluation.)
