Individual & Relationship Therapy

  • One-on-one sessions offering a supportive space to process emotions, navigate life transitions, and develop coping strategies focusing on nervous system regulation and mind-body awareness.

  • Sex & relationship support is a combination of sex education, relationship skill building and processing around mental health related to sex and sexual trauma.

  • Individual Session Fees:

    R1200 per session with reduced fees starting at R800 per session.

    Relationship Session Fees:

    R1800 per session with reduced fees starting at R1400 per session.

    *Please note, my services are not covered under medical aid/insurance, but we are happy to discuss reduced fees to make our services more affordable for you. Please organize a consult for more information

  • Individual session fee:

    $175 per session with sliding scale options starting at $100 per session.

    Relationship Session Fees:

    $260 per session with sliding scale options starting at $150 per session.

  • Radical Mental Health First Aide is a framework designed by Oumou Sylla at Joko Wellness that works to support folks in accessing care through decentering the medical model.

  • Our LGBTQ+ Inclusion services cater to organizations, schools and businesses looking to increase knowledge & understanding of LGBTQ+ needs in their space.

    We cover a range of topics in our support workshops, including:

    • Addressing unconscious bias and discrimination

    • Creating inclusive policies and practices

  • Our workplace mental health offering involves individual workshops and support options that speak to current issues related to mental health in the workplace along with the opportunity to hire us to offer in house employee support.

    • Coping Skills

    We are also able to offer in-house mental health support to staff, from individual drop-in sessions to monthly or quarterly Affinity groups.
