This LGBTQ+ inclusion service caters to organizations, schools and businesses looking to increase knowledge and cultivate safety around the needs of LGBTQ+ folks in their space.
We will begin with a needs assessment, where I understand what your space is looking for, followed by a personalized program of support workshops and affinity spaces catered to your needs, these include:
understanding LGBTQ identities and terminology
addressing unconscious bis and discrimination
creating inclusive policies and practices
strategies for allyship and support

Workplace Mental Health
This offering provides individual workshop sand support options that speak to current issues related to mental health in the workplace along with the opportunity to hire us to offer in-house employee support.
