Somatic-based psychotherapy
Through Internal Family Systems and somatic resourcing, I help folks process difficult life experiences, cope with mental health and rebuild a sense of grounded confidence in the self. Together we will build a toolbox that honors all the parts that you come into this space with, and breathe compassion into the spaces we think need fixing.
Some areas I find folks benefit most from somatic-based psychotherapy are:
processing relationship or sexual trauma (family, partners, friends etc.)
learning how to honor your own needs after years of struggling to
understanding what negative cycles in our lives might mean
understanding a mental health diagnosis and what that means for your life
Coaching
Coaching is focused on support around setting and achieving goals related to personal development and skill building. Some of the areas that I have found are most useful to use a coaching modality for are;
neurodivergent support & skill building
career and life transition
building a sustainable care practices
working on self esteem, confidence and how to honor the self
understanding how the body communicates needs, desires and boundaries
Coaching does not include the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of client’s mental health concerns.
Access & Fees
My work is rooted in accessibility and community care. I largely serve communities that have been historically and systemically disadvantaged and as such give my clients the ability to choose their rates based on circumstance. Below you will find an anti-oppressive rate structures adapted from the Anti-Oppressive Training & Resource Alliance & Kenya Crawford with limited spots. As this practice aims to function at its best to offer quality and sustainable care, these spots are limited. You will be added to a waitlist should you need a spot that is unavailable.

Each tier has a limited number of spots available in order to accommodate capacity of the client and sustainability of the practice. As stated, my full rate is R1250. The Redistribution tier is available for clients interested in giving back to and subsidizing lower tier clients.
